Easy Paleo Berry Crisp

This is Whole30 compliant in terms of ingredients but if you are doing strict no "baked goods" then wait and try this later.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries (blueberries, cranberries...) You can use any combination as long as it end up being 2 cups.
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice
  • dash Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot Starch aka powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon
  • 1 TBS Coconut Sugar or Sweetener of your choice Do not use if on Whole30
  • 1/3 cup Grain Free Granola
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except ghee & granola in a bowl until well combined. Place in med/large  well sprayed ramekin. Top with granola and small pats of ghee. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and liquid has reduced.

    For best results, let cool 15-20 minutes
